Ccleaner is a great standalone program that combines removing the system clutter that makes your computer slow, its also easy to repair registry errors as well as remove programs from your machine. However if your computer by some chance has an issue with malware you could easily remove all your files by thinking you just needed to-remove cookies.

Glary Utilities is also another program alternative to CCleaner.
